When will I receive my order?

Being our first year we have most districts set up for pre-order. One of our main efforts is to make sure we have enough medals for each district. We're going to compile all of the orders after March 15th and place a bulk order for all the districts at that time. We are planning on padding each district order with more medals to try and accommodate any late orders. If too many late orders come in per district we will have to place another bulk order which can take up to 6 weeks. 

If you have only ordered plaques which do not have a custom casting on the top of the plaque (See Districts 4 & 8) These plaques should ship about 10-15 business days after your order.

Can I pay by check?

Absolutely. As you complete your order and enter the checkout process the option to pay by Check will appear. Insturctions and address to mail a check will be shown.

You're also more than welcome to pay with a Purchase Order. Checks and purchase orders can be sent to our storefront in Lansing:

Can I submit a purchase order?

No problem! Please see above. For our purposes filling out the order form on the website and choosing Check as a payment option is still the best. However, you're more than welcome to mail a purchase order in to the address above. Alternatively, orders may be emailed to steve@primetimeawards.com
